{::Tuesday's TidBit::} 1st Birthday Parties (a 5-part Series) #5
Originally posted by Sherries Pritchard, Your Wedding Planner on 07/12/11Dear Friends,
We hope you enjoyed our 1st Birthday Parties mini-series of tips to help you with planning your baby's first birthday. Thank you for joining us. Here is our final installment. If you missed any of the previous four, don't worry, I've included the links for your review.
TidBit #5: Keep the party short and it will be sweet. A three hour party should be your goal. You want to avoid over-stimulating your baby by keeping the excitement under 90 minutes. The remainder of the time can be used to wind the party down with relaxed activities such as a story read to the children or dim the lights and pop in a popular kids video.If you missed any part of this series, please follow the links below:
TidBit#1: Keep the guest list small
TidBit#2: Baby shower gifts as birthday gifts
TidBit#3: Party schedule
TidBit#4: Avoid noisemakers
This series is dedicated to my little cupcake, Isabella Marie who turned 1 on Saturday, 7/9/11. She had a great time sharing her day with her big brother who turned 4 on 7/6/11.
