Today's tidbit is the 3rd installment in our 5-part "1st Birthday Parties" series.

TidBit #3: Schedule your baby's party during the time she's most alert and at her best temperament.

This may be hard to gauge if she's not on a regular nap schedule. If this is the case, I suggest monitoring her napping patterns before committing to her party's start time. If your party is anywhere other than her home, be sure to remember to bring her pack-n-play and set it up in a quiet zone for those much needed naps.
