Well what is budget planning according to Sherries? Prioritizing the most important aspects you want for your wedding and investing in them. This is what I recommend for the budget conscience bride. It will allow you to put wow factors in where it counts. If for instance the décor, photography, and videography are contending for priority on your list of favorites and the décor has ranked #1, here is how I’d suggest you compromise the remaining two: Skip videotaping the entire wedding reception and capture the essential moments (first dance, intimate moments, and a crowd shot). The photography can also be paired down to eliminate shots of non-immediate family members and guests. Remember, you’re paying for their time, don’t waste it (it will cost you). Now you’ve just saved some money and the savings can be allocated back to the décor to make it as elaborate as you can imagine.
